Summer 2023 - Ongoing

We provided the timber frames and rafters for this incredible Glamping site near Dover, Kent.

Five residential cabins, soon to be completed with raised decks and hot-tubs and a campsite Reception Building, including a shop, toilets and showers.

We undertook the Structural Engineering and Building Control specifications, and designed the complete buildings within Sketch-up, meaning we could pass the 3D models to the ongoing site team to help them complete the project.

The client loves natural-form timber, and we were very pleased for the opportunity to showcase some particularly wiggly poles in the corner-window space. It’s hard to imagine many opportunities to use such wildly irregular pieces inside a residential building!

We will be returning soon to install the decking frame.
