We were very pleased to be the principle contractors for this beautiful build in Devon; an L-shaped split-use garage and workshop.

The build includes a secure workshop area, mezzanine storage and garage parking suitable for a small van. The exposed Larch rafters were specified to support a slate roof with solar panels. We designed and installed all the wooden elements including a large bespoke garage door with a hidden wicket window. We also specified, designed and laid the concrete slab and trench foundations.

Everything was pre-manufactured at our workshop, including the pre-clad stud wall panels for the workshop, which slotted together on site, keeping site time to a minimum. We’re delighted with the end result; particularly seeing the timber, stone and slate complimenting each other so nicely.
