A 30m2 garden studio near Bristol, currently nearing completion.

Roundwood Design have undertaken the whole project, from initial design and structural engineering, to final fit and finish.

This multi-use studio incorporates the latest version of our One-Fill insulated panel system, providing a cost-effective and very low-carbon solution for excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The panels can be made to any thickness - this cabin has an impressive 200mm of high-density insulation in both walls and ceiling, plus 100mm of PIR insulation in the floor. The roof and walls panels were installed in just three days.

We also designed and manufactured the bespoke double-glazed gable end, providing a stunning view of the garden. A secondary light-source comes from a Velux rooflight towards the back of the building.
